Coffee Tech Central – Consulting and Training
With over 15 years of commercial experience in coffee, we are able to customize the perfect training for most start-up coffee shops, roasting facilities, and businesses looking for deeper information within specific subject areas.
Build out. There are many hidden surprises that arise with asking the right questions. We’ve made all the mistakes in the past for you, so you don’t have to repeat them.
Barista Training. Coffee is complex. It doesn’t have to be. With a few days with our training programing, you’ll learn the fundamentals and be ready to get to work and develop a staff that has a shared vision and goal when serving drinks to your customers.
Roasting Operations and Sales. Roasting your own is a great idea. It cuts out an extra step, but also opens up several challenges and opportunities. Is wholesale growth worth the investment? How difficult is it to win an RFP with a large corporate account? How large (and fast) do you want to grow?
